Prices

Apartment prices are per day in the specified period. Room prices are per person per day and include breakfast.

Tourist tax

The municipal tourist tax, to be paid to us, is € 2.60/day for every guest over 14 years of age.

Arriving and departing

On the day of your arrival, your apartment or room is at your disposal after 2:00pm. If you aren’t arriving until evening, we ask you to let us know. On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your apartment or room by 10:00am.

Vacationing with children

We are happy to provide you with a crib and highchair. If you are vacationing with small children, we ask you to inform us beforehand.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at our hotel. We thank you for your cooperation.

Smoking

All our apartments and rooms are non-smoking. We also remind you that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Payment

EU citizens may pay in cash up to the amount of € 4.999,99. Non-EU citizens may use cash for higher amounts. We also accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or by advance bank transfer.

Insurance to cover cancellation of trip

To avoid unpleasant consequences, we advise you to take out an insurance policy against holiday cancellation.

Deposit

Your reservation is valid from the moment you receive our confirmation email.
To confirm a reservation, you must pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total price.

In case you have to cancel your reservation, we ask that you advise us in writing.

Up to 60 days before the beginning of your stay, cancellation entails no cost.

A cancellation made between 59 and 15 days before the beginning of your stay entails a cost of 30% of the total price of the booking.

A cancellation made between 14 and 7 days before the beginning of your stay entails a cost of 50% of the total price of the booking.

A cancellation made in the last 6 days before the beginning of your stay entails the full cost of the booking. The same policy holds for late arrival or early departure.
