To allow our guests to enjoy their stay and to avoid annoyances at the Garni Lenzenhof, we kindly ask you to respect our house rules. If you have doubts or questions, we will be happy to provide you with detailed information without any obligation on your part.


Apartment prices are per day in the specified period. Room prices are per person per day and include breakfast.

Tourist tax

The municipal tourist tax, to be paid to us, is € 1.00/day for every guest over 14 years of age.

Arriving and departing

On the day of your arrival, your apartment or room is at your disposal after 2:00pm. If you aren’t arriving until evening, we ask you to let us know. On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your apartment or room by 10:00am.

Vacationing with children

We are happy to provide you with a crib and highchair. If you are vacationing with small children, we ask you to inform us beforehand.


We allow you to bring your four-legged pet to both the apartments and rooms only if you have made arrangements with us beforehand. The cost for a pet is € 5/day (food not included).


All our apartments and rooms are non-smoking. We also remind you that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.


EU citizens may pay in cash up to the amount of € 2,999. Non-EU citizens may use cash for higher amounts. We also accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or by advance bank transfer.

Costs for cancelling reservations:

  • 30 days or more before arrival: 0% of cost
  • Within 29 days of arrival: 50% of cost
  • No-show or early departure: 80% of cost

Insurance to cover cancellation of trip

Having to cancel a holiday can be costly. To avoid this risk, we recommend that you purchase our affordable insurance to cover the cancellation of your holiday, at a cost of only € 2.50/night for every adult (16 years of age and over). The insurance coverage begins the day that your reservation has been confirmed on both ends and terminates the day of your departure.

Important: If you are interested in purchasing our holiday cancellation insurance, we ask you to inform us at the time of making the reservation.

What does the insurance cover?

The insurance is valid in case you need to cancel your trip or to depart early for the following reasons:

  • Serious accident or unexpected illness of an insured person or of his/her spouse, children, parents or in-laws
  • Death of a member of the above-mentioned family circle as well as of a sibling, grandparent, grandchild or adopted child
  • Sudden and unexpected complications in the pregnancy of an insured person
  • Serious damage to the property and home of an insured person due to fire, flooding or other natural causes which requires his or her presence on site.

What to do if you need to cancel a reservation

In the case that you are forced to cancel your reservation, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible as to the reason. You will be required to submit a doctor’s note with a diagnosis and a declaration of the impossibility of undertaking the trip, which bears the date of the cancelled reservation; in other cases you must provide documentation issued by official authorities (in case of death or damage to property, etc.).
